Empire Art Photography are a small team of dedicated professional photographers and stylists specialising in natural moments and styled fun!
Our easy going and laid-back approach gives our clients the space, comfort and ease to be themselves, something which always translates into stunning photographs and delighted clients. We are passionate about capturing the best version of the real you, something which starts even before the first photo is taken. The team at Empire Art Photography goes to great effort to plan the perfect shoot for every client, well above and beyond those offered by traditional photography studios.
Our beautiful studio is located on the Sunshine Coast, and we work on location in the local surrounds and Brisbane. We travel to the hinterland, north to Gympie and the Cooloola Coast and south to Byron Bay. Whether your photo shoot is in a location special to you or in our Sunshine Coast studio, your comfort and enjoyment is paramount in achieving the best results which capture the real you… in whatever form that might be! The Art of photography
Jaya is an award winning photographer with a distinct creative vision, she has been a consistent presence in the photography industry for 28 years. Known for her passion for learning and calm nature. Jaya has dedicated her life not only to mastering her craft but also to mentoring emerging photographers from around the world, sharing her extensive knowledge and passion for the art form.
Her journey has seen her successfully launch nine studios throughout Queensland. Fostering an environment of learning and creative exploration under Jaya’s expert guidance.
Throughout her career, Jaya has navigated the tumultuous waters of industry change with grace and adaptability, embracing new technologies and methodologies to propel her work to new heights. After facing a life threatening breast cancer diagnosis in 2013 and years of treatment she needed to start again with no marketing money. Her resilience and commitment to her personal brand and craft made this comeback easy and has made her a respected figure in the photography community, inspiring countless individuals to pursue their passion for photography.
